Pope Francis has done it again. He stirred up an unnecessary hornet’s nest. By now, most of you know that the Pope issued an evil declaration that priests could perform same-sex blessings. He’s since tried to “clarify” his statement, which stands on its own merit.

This wasn’t the beginning of embracing sinful alternative lifestyles. In fact, it’s not uncommon to drive by churches of all stripes and denominations proudly displaying rainbow flags and promoting LGBTQ sin as a badge of honor. Now, we are deluged with the transgender issue — the very picture of humanity substituting one’s image for another through gender change, all under the guise of compassion and love.

The question is, what’s wrong with all of this?

Regarding Christ’s Church, EVERYTHING is wrong with it. As an individual, I choose to love those in the LGBTQ lifestyle. I pray for each person. I am respectful and courteous. But in Christ’s Church, I will never accept this lifestyle as normative in the Body of Christ or as part of God’s plan for His creation.

Our responsibility in the Church is to call people to a God who created them in His love and called us to Himself despite the ugliness of our sins and to not embrace every evil doctrine that comes and goes. Instead, He calls us to keep His eternal commandments (1 John 1:3).

Where are the church leaders?

Why are so many embracing the LGBTQ movement and demanding the church tolerate and accept something that is not normal in the name of supposed love? Jesus defined love in John 15:12-17. The most loving thing anyone ever did was done when Jesus went to the cross for sinners… When He shed His blood to forgive those who rebelled against God and deserved death over life.

Jesus, who is both 100% human and God, made the way for us to have a relationship with Him — Who is without sin and in Him can be no sin. This is the very definition of holiness, of which He called His people from the beginning of creation. Today, He still calls on His church to be Holy, i.e. without sin. He provided the way knowing we cannot. We are sinners working out our salvation with fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12).

I pray those church leaders who embrace the LGBTQ unsacred movement will repent before the Lord judges them. In Revelations 2 and 3, we see that in the end times, churches will walk away from Christ, His truth, and turn apostate.

Let me explain why the LGBTQ unsacred religious movement within the church is unacceptable.

In Genesis, we are told that God created man in His own image. He created male and female. Together, in the Holy sacrament of marriage, they share a sacred bond that includes sexuality and child-rearing. In the marriage relationship between one man and one woman, Paul says the mystery of marriage is that is a reference, the epitome, of Christ’s relationship with His Church (Ephesians 5:32).

What human has a right to distort God’s creation or His relationship with His Bride, the Church?

The issue of gender and sexuality deals specifically with the identity of the human being. This is what the LGBTQ community is all about. It’s about changing the identity of God’s created order for human beings and demanding Christians do the same or risk being labeled as non-tolerant haters and bigots. In some countries, such as Canada, they’ve made it illegal to speak out against LGBTQ on religious grounds — Labeling it “hate speech.”

This is about forcing people to accept their non-normal behavior as normal despite any moral or religious convictions or objections.

I will never accept the LGBT narrative as truth!

Satan is attacking God’s creation and attempting to render His Church incapable of fulfilling the mission Christ has given to us. The Evil One has successfully attempted to distort or eradicate Christ from society and leave the church impotent to be Christ’s ambassador.

My friends, this is evil at work in our world.

See, this is not about sin. If it were, we couldn’t say much about the matter. Who is without sin, let them cast the first stone. In our sins, humans are all the same. It is in Christ that his disciples are separated and different from the world. We seek His righteousness for His namesake. Yet, we have no room to judge our fellow sinners.

That is God’s responsibility.

Still, God has made it clear throughout His Holy Scripture that He will not tolerate humans changing the identity He gave us, which is still imprinted with His image despite our sin. Especially in His church.

In Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13, God said it an “abomination” for a man to lie with another man as he would a woman. The word “abomination” means it is an inherently evil act.

In Romans 1:26-27, the Apostle Paul stated that homosexuality runs contrary to God’s natural order and is a result of rejecting Him. In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, it’s also listed as one of the sins that prevent someone from entering the Kingdom of God. 1 Timothy 1:8-11 Paul talks about the sexually immoral.

See, LGBTQ has everything to do with God, not with humanity.

It’s nothing new. This was the very issue at heart when God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.

Think about it. Who gave the human identity? Who created it and why?

It was God. It was so He could have a relationship with us.

As such, it is darkness and evil to run away from God and embrace the schemes of the devil.

As Christians, we must accept that the world is changing, and not for the better. We must take heed of 1 Peter 4. The Apostle warns us as Christians that if we suffer because of our faith and we are not ashamed of the Gospel, it glorifies God. Then he wrote this;

“For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?” He adds, “Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.”

In this case, what is right?

Declaring that the LGBTQ unsacred movement is not of God but of Satan. That love is not akin to walking in darkness. “God is light, and in Him there is no darkness. If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:5-7).

Dear brother and sister, I hope I have provoked you to think about this issue. It is important for this reason that we must defend the faith and God’s truth. Whatever the consequences in this world.

I don’t know about you, but I would rather face the consequences of man than of God!

It is time for the Church to stand up and declare God’s truth in love.

Blessing To You,

Father Don
